Retainer Deposit - We're excited to help you plan the perfect picnic! To secure your reservation with PicnicChic, we kindly request a $50 retainer deposit to be sent via Zelle or ApplePay within the first hour of booking online. Please keep in mind the deposit is not included in your total.  Immediately after booking online, you will receive an email with Zelle and ApplePay info for deposit. No need to worry, this deposit will be fully refunded within 24 hours after your picnic, as long as there are no damages or missing items. If there are any damages or missing items, we deduct them from your deposit. Thank you for your understanding.

Final Payment
Please keep in mind that full payment for your selected picnic package will be due 24 Hours before your scheduled picnic via Zelle or ApplePay. Thank you for choosing PicnicChic. We can't wait to host your perfect picnic!


Cancellation policy - We understand that sometimes plans change, and we're happy to help reschedule your picnic if you're unable to make your reservation. Please send an email to Info@thepicnicchic.com at least 72 hours (3 days prior) of your scheduled picnic to reschedule. Please note that although we do not offer refunds, we're confident that we can find a new date that you'll love. Please keep in mind that if you do choose to cancel at any time, the deposit is non-refundable.


Raincheck - We understand that the weather can be unpredictable. In the event that the weather is uncooperative, we will be happy to reschedule your picnic date or move it to an indoor location provided by you. However, please note that the deposit remains non-refundable if you decide to cancel.


NO OPEN FLAME - To ensure the safety of everyone and the condition of our belongings, we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing candles, lighting our candles, or lighting any flames during your picnic. We use blankets, pillows, pampas, and flower arrangements to enhance the aesthetic of your picnic, which are highly flammable. Please help us maintain the beauty of your setup by avoiding the use of any type of fire or lighters.

Missing/ Damaged Items - We are thrilled to offer you everything you need for a perfect experience. We kindly ask that you handle our property with care. In the event of any damaged or missing items, your deposit will be held until further evaluation. If the missing or broken items exceed the deposit amount, we will take appropriate actions to have said items replaced. Thank you for your understanding.

Alcohol policy -Please be aware that PicnicChic cannot be held liable for any misuse or injury resulting from the consumption of alcohol during your picnic experience. Underage drinking is prohibited! PicnicChic will not be held responsible for any alcohol consumption before, during, or after your picnic experience. Thank you for your understanding.

Time Reservation - We want you to enjoy your picnic and all of the perks! To make the most of your reservation, please arrive on time. Time cannot be extended for late arrivals, but no worries, you can add extra time for just $50 per 30 minutes if scheduling permits. For reservations beginning at 7:00pm, only one extra hour may be added. 

Responsibilities - You are accountable for all PicnicChic's property during your booking. For example: if you decide to take a walk around the park and leave the table and goods unattended, you will be responsible for replacing any items found to be lost, stolen, or damaged. Your deposit will be forfeited and therefore not returned. 

      Bugs, Allergies, and Animals - The safety of our customers is of the utmost importance to us at PicnicChic. We strongly advise our customers to be mindful of the potential hazards and risks associated with any outdoor event or package provided by PicnicChic or any of its partners. PicnicChic holds no liability for any adverse risk associated with picnic packages we are providing. ie: Bees, ants, ticks, spiders, wildlife, farm animals, etc... PicnicChic is not liable for any consumer allergies related to any area service or consumable provided. If you require special arrangements, please notify us at the time of booking.
